Zhengzhou Windbell Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd formerly known as the Tank Gauge Department of Zhengzhou Windbell Electric Co., Ltd., the department was established in 2005, focusing on product development and manufacturing in the field of fuel inventory management and monitoring. In 2014, it was officially registered as Zhengzhou Windbell Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd and was identified as a high-tech enterprise in 2016. In December 2017, as a result of the Group's overall business needs, Windbell M&C was incorporated into Beijing Sanki Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. and was officially changed to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanki Industry Group.

After 12 years of development, Windbell M&C has accumulated a number of proprietary intellectual property rights and held several complete professional product line, such as storage tank monitoring, gas station leak detection, tank area intelligent security, fuel inventory management, etc.

So far, Windbell series Automatic Tank Gauge products have been installed and used in over 12,000 sites, and more than 2,000 sites have been installed and used our Leak Detection products.
